We are very excited to announce the recent launch of AuDHD UK Allies — a new way for people who believe in our work to support AuDHD UK regularly.
AuDHD UK Allies are a community of people helping to keep AuDHD-informed information, support, and training accessible. By giving £10 a month, Allies help us plan ahead, develop new resources, and continue building a more understanding and inclusive society for autistic and ADHD people.
Why we are launching Allies
AuDHD UK exists because too many autistic and ADHD people still have to navigate confusing information, inaccessible services, and workplaces or systems that do not understand their needs.
We want to change that.
Through our services, resources, webinars, and workplace training, we aim to make practical, lived-experience-informed support easier to find. But to do this consistently, we need more than one-off fundraising events and occasional donations. We need a dependable community of people who believe in our work and want to help sustain it.
Regular giving gives us stability. It means we can spend more time developing support and less time worrying about how we’re going to afford the month’s bills.
What it means to be an Ally
Becoming an AuDHD UK Ally means choosing to support our core work with a monthly gift.
For £10 a month, Allies help us:
Keep clear, accessible information and resources available online.
Develop webinars and practical support for the AuDHD community.
Create workplace training that helps organisations better understand and support autistic and ADHD people.
Plan ahead with greater confidence, rather than relying solely on short-term fundraising.
Allies will receive occasional updates on the difference their support is making, along with our genuine thanks. We are not offering exclusive services or perks — instead, your gift helps keep our work available to everyone who needs it.
Why £10 a month matters
One-off donations are hugely appreciated, but monthly support allows us to think beyond the next few weeks.
When people give regularly, we can invest in longer-term work: improving our resources, developing new webinars, growing our workplace training offer, and responding to the needs of our community as they arise.
£10 a month may feel like a small amount, but together it all adds up. If enough people join, Allies will help create the financial stability AuDHD UK needs to keep showing up for our community.
If you are a UK taxpayer, you may also be able to add Gift Aid. That means, at no extra cost to you, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate.
