You can help us change lives.

We rely on people like you to help us end autism and ADHD-related suicides. Whatever you can donate will make a world of difference.

Did you know...

A bar graph comparing the number of suicidal ideation, suicide plans, and suicide attempts among autistic and possibly autistic people without co-occurring intellectual disability, with the autistic group showing higher figures for suicidal ideation and attempts.

34.2% of autistic people have experienced suicidal ideation, 21.9% of autistic people have planned to end their own life, and 24.3% of autistic people have attempted suicide.

The stats are similar in those with ADHD, too.

Adults with ADHD are 5 times more likely to end their own life than the general population. Accidental death is also more common in those with ADHD due to traits such as impulsivity and engaging in risky behaviours, and the higher occurrence of addiction and substance misuse.

What do we do with your donations?

  • A £5 monthly donation helps us keep vital support within reach.

  • A £10 monthly donation helps create safer, more understanding spaces for AuDHD adults.

  • A £30 monthly donation helps us reach more people, reduce isolation, and save lives.

And if you can’t commit to a recurring donation:

  • £30 could help us advocate for fairer and faster diagnostic services.

  • £100 can bring someone closer to a life‑changing AuDHD assessment.

  • £2500 could fully fund a diagnostic assessment that changes a life.

So, what are you waiting for?
