Online Peer Support Groups
Connect and grow with other AuDHDers from anywhere in the UK. Our online peer support groups offer both structure and flexibility, meeting a wide range of needs and preferences.
How Our Online Groups Work
Our online peer support programme runs in three parts over 14 weeks before you transition to our private online community, providing both guided discussion and ongoing connection:
14-Week Structured Programme
Meet once a week for one hour via Discord. Each week focuses on a different topic relevant to living as an AuDHDer, offering space for sharing experiences, practical advice, and emotional support. Sessions are led by Peer Support Workers, many with lived experience of AuDHD. Groups are run in three 4-week blocks, with a one-week break between each block
Transition to Our Online Community
At the end of the 14-week programme, the Discord group will be closed to help maintain privacy and boundaries, and to ensure the number of groups we run remains manageable for our volunteers. All group members will be invited to join our private online community, where you can continue connecting, sharing experiences, and accessing peer support in a safe, ongoing space.
What to Expect
Weekly topics focused on life as an AuDHDer
A safe, moderated environment with clear group rules
Emotional and practical support from peers
Opportunities to share, listen, and learn together
Continued connection in a 24/7 community after the structured programme
Peer Support Community
Our Peer Support Community is a text based group, open 24/7 and moderated by our Peer Support Workers daily.
Upon joining the community page, you will be added to the general chat, to connect with other AuDHDers. Additionally, you will be able to select from a range of topic channels related to AuDHD experiences, such as masking, access to work, and conflicting traits. This allows you to tailor your community experience to be relevant to you, and to help avoid any topics you would prefer not to discuss.
How to join
Completion of our 14-week Peer Support Groups will automatically allow you access to our Peer Support Community. If you have not completed the groups but wish to join the community, you may still be eligible and we encourage to apply using the link below.
Please note: access to the Peer Support Community is by invitation only and at the discretion of the charity.
