In-Person Peer Support Groups
Connect face-to-face with other AuDHDers in your local community. Our in-person groups provide welcoming, relaxed spaces to share experiences, find support, and build friendships.
How Our In-Person Groups Work
Our in-person groups meet monthly and operate as drop-in sessions. You’re encouraged to arrive at the start of each meeting to help keep the group running smoothly, but there’s no pressure to attend every time. This flexible format means you can join when it suits you, without feeling obligated.
Each group is led by trained Peer Support Workers and supported by Peer Supporters - all of whom have lived experience of autism and ADHD relevant to the sessions they facilitate. These sessions offer a safe, inclusive environment where you can talk, listen, and connect with others who truly understand.
To help coordinate meeting times and locations, each group has its own moderated WhatsApp chat. This allows members to share updates, ask questions, and stay connected between sessions while ensuring everyone’s safety and privacy.
