Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Policy
💖 Why This Matters
At AuDHD UK, we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, respected, and valued - whether you’re staff, a volunteer, a service user, or part of our community. We celebrate all kinds of differences and work hard to make sure everyone has a fair chance to thrive.
🌍 Who This Covers
This policy is for everyone involved with us:
Our amazing staff and volunteers
The people who use our services and benefit from our work
Our partners and anyone we work alongside
🤔 What We Mean by EDI
